Greenhouse Ventilation
The ventilation needs of your greenhouse will generally depend on its length. We recommend the following ventilation for your greenhouse.
For an 8' or 12' long greenhouse
- 12" fan in front
- Louver in back
- Four base vents on front and back corners
The Solexx Conservatory is a larger greenhouse kit. For its 8" long model, use a 16" fan in back center in place of a louver; place a louver in the front, and use 6 base vents, one on each front and back corner and two on each side.
For a 16' long greenhouse
- 16" fan in front
- Louver in back
- Six base vents, one on each front and back corner and one on each side
The Solexx Conservatory is a larger greenhouse kit. For its 16" long Conservatory model, use a 20" fan in back center in place of a louver; place a louver in the front, and use 8 base vents, one on each front and back corner and two on each side. For a 20' long greenhouse, use 9 base vents, one on each front and back corner, one in the middle front and two on each side.
For a 24' long greenhouse
- 16" fan in front
- Louver in back
- Eight base vents, one on each front and back corner and two on each side
