Shipping
Our products are only shipped within the continguous 48 states by UPS, FedEx, or a local delivery service.Because we arrange for shipping from several of our suppliers, your order may include shipping charges from different shippers or based on different calculations. Shipping costs may vary based on the destination and weight or the total cost of the items you order. Extra shipping costs may apply because of size or weight. Your order form will tell you the amount of shipping for your different items.
We work with our suppliers to have your order processed as quickly as possible and for the least cost to our customer. Items are generally shipped out within 2-5 business days of receipt of your order and your order should arrive within 10-14 business days, unless it is a busy time of the year, such as Spring.
Sales Tax
Sales tax in the amount of 9% will be added to all items sent to Washington residents.
Missing Parts
You must let us know within 10 days whether there are missing parts to your greenhouse or cold frame kits. We will also need to know which part is missing. If you are not sure, please contact us and will be try to help you to determine which part was missing. We cannot be responsible for missing parts beyond 10 days of receipt of the item.
Damaged Parts
If your greenhouse kit or cold frame arrives damaged because of shipping, you must let us as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 days. We will work with the you in order to resolve the problem. We cannot be responsible for damage reported beyond 7 days of receipt of the item.
Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order on the same business day on which you ordered and it is prior to 4:00 PM PST or PDT, there will be no charge. If you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped, there will be a 5% cancellation fee charged to you. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, it is considered a return and will be handled in accordance with our return policy.
Returns
If you choose to return a greenhouse kit or cold frame, your will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the supplier. We will not refund original shipping costs, if any apply. In addition, there will be a 20% restocking fee (based on the product price only) deducted from your refund. We cannot accept a return of a Gardman greenhouse kit.
Once a greenhouse kit is received, the customer accepts full responsibility for it, including set up and use. Neither Everyday Greenhouses nor its suppliers is resonsible for losses to persons or property as a result of damage caused by shipping, misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration, or accident.
Orders of Greenhouse Supplies
A minimum order of $150.00 is required for greenhouse supplies. If your order is less than $150.00, a service fee of $25.00 will be added to your order.
