Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do your accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal through our secure merchant gateway. We also provide a layaway option through eLaway. This secure online process makes it easy to afford the things you want most. Like traditional layaway, eLayaway allows you to make payments on our products, with delivery upon payment in full. Membership is FREE and there are no credit checks. You pay a flat, one-time charge of 1.9% per transaction to use eLayaway. Once you have paid in full, your order will be shipped to you.

You may shop at Everyday Greenhouse online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions to our customers. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions, industry leading encryption hardaware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information, and compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Date Security Standard.

Do you ship to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska?

No. We can only ship within the continguous 48 states.

When can I expect delivery?

We work with our suppliers to have your order processed as quickly as possible. Items are generally shipped out within 2-5 business days and your order should arrive within 10-14 business days, unless it is a busy time of year, such as Spring.

What if there are missing parts?

You must determine which part is missing. You must let us know within 10 days whether there are missing parts to your greenhouse or cold frame kits. We will also need to know which part is missing. If you are not sure, please contact us and will be try to help you to identify the part. 

What if the greenhouse kit or cold frame kit arrives damaged?

If your greenhouse kit or cold frame arrives damaged because of shipping, you must let us as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 days.  We will work with the you in order to resolve the problem. We cannot be responsible for damage reported beyond 7 days of receipt of the item. 

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you choose to cancel your order on the same business day on which you ordered and it is prior to 5:00 PM PST, there will be no charge. If you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped, there will be a 5% cancellation fee charged to you. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, it is considered a return and will be handled in accordance to our return policy.

What if I want to return the greenhouse kit or cold frame?

If you choose to return a greenhouse kit or cold frame, your will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the supplier. We will not refund original shipping costs, if any apply. In addition, there will be a 20% restocking fee (based on the product price only) deducted from your refund. Gardman greenhouse kits may not be returned. 

Do I need special tools to assemble my greenhouse kit?

No. Your greenhouse kit may be put together with simple tools you normally have around the house, such as a screwdriver, drill, sharp knife or utility knife, measuring tape and step ladder. 

How do I maintain my greenhouse?

Unless the greenhouse is placed near trees that drop sap, you generally will need to clean your greenhouse once a year. Wash it with gentle detergent and water, rinse it off, and wipe it dry with a clean, soft cloth.
